Topper Notes primarily sells downloadable digital educational materials.
No physical product is shipped when purchasing a digital PDF.
Access after payment
After successful payment verification, eligible customers can normally access purchased PDF resources through their account or a secure purchase-access link.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when email delivery is configured.
Delivery time
Digital access is generally provided shortly after successful payment confirmation. Occasionally, payment confirmation or delivery may be delayed because of technical or payment-processing issues.
If a customer has not received access within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, they should contact help@thetoppernotes.com with their order details.
Charges
There are no physical shipping charges for digital-only PDF products.
Custom services
For custom educational services, the delivery timeline and method will be specified in the relevant product or service description before payment.
